Challenge
Women’s health remains one of the most emotionally complex and commercially constrained categories. Employers, insurers, and health brands struggled to engage meaningfully with topics such as fertility loss, reproductive aftercare, and identity shifts without sounding clinical, performative, or PR-led.
At the same time, traditional health education formats failed to account for psychological safety, timing, and lived experience—creating a gap between intent (“we want to support women”) and impact (“no one actually engages”). This made it difficult to build trust, justify budgets, or scale offerings across markets.
Results
We Seek Care won Employee Healthcare Platform of the year in 2023, and evolved into a repeatable, multi-market experience model capable of opening enterprise-level conversations typically inaccessible to early stage women’s health platforms.
Solution
Alannah built We Seek Care as a trust-first, experiential platform designed to translate sensitive women’s health realities into structured, scalable, and commercially viable offerings.
Rather than positioning content as “education,” the platform reframed women’s health as identity safe experience design—meeting individuals and organisations where emotional readiness, context, and credibility intersect.
The ecosystem combined:
Live workshops and facilitated conversations
Employer and HR training formats
Digital self-assessment tools
Carefully aligned partnerships with clinicians, therapists, HR leaders, and wellness brands
Each component was designed to work independently or as part of an integrated system—allowing the model to flex across employers, insurers, EAPs, and health organisations while maintaining depth, trust, and integrity.
